Budget PC build

I'm building a PC for my friend and beforte he buys all the parts I first want to know if it works.
I'm giving him the motherboard en the CPU so he is stuck with that and does the Asus VS228HR have a HDMI port

Case: Corsair Carbide 100R Window or NZXT S340 black red edition (he is still chosing between those)

Storage: Western digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5
CPU cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Motherboard: ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0
CPU: AMD FX-6300
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 950
PSU: XFX ProSeries 450W
Monitor: Asus VS228HR

looks compatible. Have you considered talking to your friend about going cheaper on some of the subjective stuff like the case and maybe the cooler (use stock if available) and trying to step up to a GTX960?

He doesn't really need the upgrade to a 960 because he is going to play games like rocket leageu, CSGO and league of legends
