I'm trying to build a new budget pc, so these are the parts I'm using. If there are better components than these please tell them
Processor - Intel I3 6100
GPU - EVGA GTX 1050 Ti
Motherboard - MSI 970
RAM - Corsair Vengence 8 gb
Power Supply - Corsair vs 450
Cooler - Cooler Master hyper 212x
Internal Hard Disk Drive - Seagate Barracuda or Western digital

Also I'm from India so few parts which are cheap in the US might be highly overpriced here.

The processor and motherboard do not work together. You also need to spend about double the price on the power supply. Something like this. The 550 watt power supply was cheaper than the 450 watt one of the same model.

You might get buy just using the stock CPU cooler depending on how hot it gets their and either of these 2 cases would also be good for the price.
