Can you suggest any good and cheap power supplies for this build http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/rvtLmG
I live in Uk so if you can please give links to uk websites
you wateg is around 500wats i wold recommend a psu with atleast a 549w . i would recomend this psu http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0106RDIN2/?tag=xov-20
you can chouse a lower model but maybe u will whant to add stuuff later on so its a good idea becous i hade that problem when i added my 2nd video card
if u can go to this one u wiil have more hedroom http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0106RDIN2/?tag=xov-20 but higher price its up to u
p.s. if u get a difrent power suply make sure it hase atleat a 80+ bronze aword ( sory for English i was roushing to give u anser)
turbopiki if he gets a 550 w psu he might have problems with a spike or one component deciding to pull more power so i would go with more that 550 because he might also decide to try msi afterburner on that card so to be safe a 600-650 would be better

Even part picker overestimates the consumption... its a worst scenario case.
R9 280X TDP = 250W... this power consumption is hit only with GPGPU: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-r9-280x-r9-270x-r7-260x,3635-18.html
CPU TDP 84W
Mobo is a budget model, so it shouldn't past 20-30W total, the chipset itself take 4.1W: http://ark.intel.com/products/75016/Intel-DH82H81-PCH
BD drive ~ 30W
HDD ~10W
RAM 4 sticks of ram (future) 12W
Few 4x120mm coolers, ~`20W
Total = 436W (not that different from partpicker 😉)
Thats really bad scenario situation ~80% of total PSU capacity with quality PSU.
When recommending PSU i reckon 20-30% headroom for non OC system.
600W would be my safe bet also but if OP's declare no further GPU OC or more some additional exotic /peripheral parts 550W still stay within sensible limit.
