Budget PSU for Old Comp

Hiii everyone

I am running Core 2 Duo E7500 with 4GB DDR2 and 320 hard disk ,

I am thinking of getting a Graphic card
AMD R7 240 i guess

So i wanted to ask u guys for a budget PSU for this comp(old comp)

Also i have 1 more doubt, i have been using local 450 w psu's and i have to change them like every 6 months.
what is the difference between the local psu's and corsair cx430 or any other branded psu

Corsair makes very reliable products, and in the rare case that something goes wrong, they have amazing customer service and forum support, and if you need to RMA a product you only have to pay shipping 1 way. The CX430 would go well in an older computer that doesn't require much power.
