I am looking at rebuilding my current (completely outdated) system with a sub $350 budget.

I will be getting everything from my local Microcenter, so the pricing shown by pcpartspicker is not really valid, I just used it to make everything a little easier to keep track of.

Option 1:
PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2TJts

CPU: AMD A10-7850K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor ($174.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A88M-HD+ Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Asus Radeon R7 250 1GB Video Card ($89.24 @ Amazon)
Total: $324.22
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

This setup runs right around $320 from Microcenter along with 4gbs of DDR3. The R7 250 should be compatible with the dual graphics option to work with the integrated R7 graphics on the APU.

Option 2:
PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/12a8G

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($98.59 @ NCIX US)
Total: $318.58
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

With this one I would use my existing Radeon HD 5750
This one also runs about $320 with 4gbs of DDR3.

I will be reusing my recently purchased Diablotek 650w PSU, and a heatpipe cooler that claims to be universal- if it fits.

Any ideas on these options, or some other build ideas? I use the computer to stream media to my TV, so HDMI output is a necessity. On the gaming side, I enjoy games like The Witcher series, The Dragon Age series, and TES saga.
