Budget video card to play Fallout 4?

Hello guys,

I received Fallout 4 as a birthday gift, and after installation, the game crashed.

After doing some research, it turned out that my card wasn't compatible, a Geforce 8800gts 640mb, and that I need direct x 11 or higher.

My power supply is 650 watts, and I have two 8 pin connectors to run a more powerful card. Being on a $150 budget kind of limits my choices.

What would you guys recommend? Thanks.

What cpu do you have? For gpu I agree something like a 950 would work.

What is your budget and what model is that psu? If this system is from the mid to late 2000s just like that card you need to do a little research mainly as just buying a card might not give you the fps you need.

My budget is around 200 bucks, the system alone is getting old, but it still plays all of my games, except Fallout 4.

The PSU is an X-Power, 650 watts.

CPU is an AMD Phenom II x6 1035T, and I have 8GB (4x2GB) DDR2 800 RAM

What cpu do you have? For gpu I agree something like a 950 would work.
