Question Buffalo Ministation not showing up

My Buffalo Mini-station is not recognized by my computer. It lights up blue when I plug it in and when I open the Disk Management tab on my computer it shows it is there. It says drivers are all up to date and it shows no issues with my external hard drive but for some reason I can't open anything. I even tried clicking on "change drive name and path" but it is greyed out. Does anybody have any suggestions?
