I'm thinking about building a PC for Machine and deep learning.

I want to know whether Ryzen 3 series (3100, 3200, 3300) would be a good choice?

Here are my other specs:

GPU: GeForce GT 1030
Motherboard: MSI B450
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 3200MHZ 16GB
SSD: WD480 GB SSD

If you guys know any other budget CPU, kindly let me know.

what about Radeon RX 570?
Nope, if you wont to use the GPU for deep learning you need CUDA which means NVIDIA only.
In what context do you want to work ? Student ? Work ? Research ?

In practice it means an CPU as powerful as possible, or as many cores as possible, or a high end NVIDIA GPU.
"As possible" meaning here "what's your budget ?" But all depends of the context

I am a web developer, learning ML on my own.

My budget is $1000. Kindly suggest me a good processor as well as GPU under this price range.
