Hi TH Forum

A continuation of my thread from yesterday

I've now wiped my SSD & installed Windows 7 fresh from disc.
That went ok

When the install completed I installed the driver for my wireless card & download ALL windows updates. Everything was going smooth untill the 1st restart for the 1st batch of windows updates. After the restart and returning to the desktop I had a prompt telling me windows had shutdown unexpectedly :??:
Ok maybe just a glitch in the update, so I continued with the last batch of updates and those went through no problem.
Restarted -- POST -- "STARTING WINDOWS" -- BLUE SCREEN

What's the next step to find the fault?
If this is a hardware issue I just want to identify it and get it sent back, I struggle to think this could still be a driver issue. Considering non are installed :pt1cable:

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Update:

I attempted to restore my PC back to when it was first installed (restore point). However when the PC went to restart it went to bluescreen and crashed. I was left in a constant cycle of "start windows normally" or "system repair" which would never move off loading a restore point.

So I popped in my my install disc and restored by PC using a backup image. With the PC back to Window 7 (no updates) with just my WiFi card driver, I installed Firefox.
Firefox worked for a few minute before crashing, I also experienced explorer crashing.

Soooo I wiped my SSD & installed windows on my second WD HDD, long story short ... it's basically them same. Explorer not responding/restarting and firefox restarting.

I've completed the "Intel Processor diagnostic tool" twice with no issues being shown.
SFC/ Scannow - completed with no problem
I've also completed 50% of memtest86 testing with no errors ( I need sleep)

So Please can ANYONE help me before I hurl this PC out the conveniently located window next to it?
It's a god damn new build! This shouldn't be happening 🙁
