Hello, I have a question, can i build this PC?

CPU: Intel Celeron Prozessor G3900 (2,80 GHz, 2 MB Intel Smart-Cache)

That would be no as you cant use DDR3 RAM. You need DDR4 for any 1151 motherboard. Also you should get a video card with 2GB's of video memory. Here is what I suggest.

I think he's German.

@buzenco,you can change the country in that link of the pcpartpicker to "Deutschland" at the right hand top corner. Only the psu would need a change then.

Do you have a max budget?

I should expand on my statement about the DDR3 because there were motherboards that stated DDR3. Intels skylake doesn't support DDR3 thus DDR3 can damage the CPU. Here is a link about the issue with DDR3 so please dont get the DDR3 RAM.
