Titan X can max out every game at 4K, just not at 60fps for all. Some games run at 40fps, which isn't bad at all seriously. Just as that's playable, 30fps is playable as well. I seriously doubt you'll be able to SLI Maxwell with Pascal.
Yes it is compatible, It uses HDMI display port.

I didn't know your build was for 4K, 4K is top notch and I doubt that even a titan can get ultra/very high settings in today's games. Even if you do get to a decent graphics settings I doubt the FPS will be decent, no GPU is good enough for 4k

are you sure it cannot achieve everything at ultra? 🙁 i was hoping i would not have to update for atleast 3-4 years.. oh well the new 395x2 is coming out next month do you reckon it will be good and if so should i wait for it instead of getting a titan X? thanks.

With AMD being so far behind against Nvidia I wouldn't count on AMD making a good comeback card. I wouldn't expect anything from AMD except budget items. It is worth the wait though since it's only about 1 month away, I doubt the price of your current parts will change within that time span so you won't have anything to lose by waiting a little bit longer

well i guess i will just buy this then! after 2years when my gpu becomes outdated, do you think i can add that nvidia Pascal with a bridge along with my titan X?
