Question Build advice

I'm a bit worried about building a system and need some advice. I can get a motherboard with the ram and cpu and cooler already fitted and tested.

I would be fine adding a graphics card and hard drive and case. Anything else I'd need ? The thing that worries me is messing with the bios etc. Would I need to do that ?

I was just buying the board with cpu and ram added all tested. Wondering if it was difficult to do the rest
