total cost would probably be around 4000 (including the monitor, a second ssd, another aio for gpu, 4070ti)... which i can afford but, am having second thoughts.

Building a computer has become so hard for me now, think it's mainly because i don't know enough about motherboards, aio coolers, pcpartpicker doesn't have enough filters to make the choices easier, if i really need an i9 or i7 k or if i should try things out, and if i'm bottlenecked, then upgrade, i don't know enough about productivity programs, etc. And i am also not sure how much i'll need to change once i learn more.
Also, how do i find an aio for a gpu?
Why is this so hard lol. I want to stream at 4k, video edit, learn 3d animation, learn adobe, etc. Is $4000 worth it? Or should i lower my rig's costs? If so where?
