Build ESXi server using AMD FX 8320E

Team,

I am planning to build ESXi server using AMD FX 8320E processor. i tried to minimize the components so that it will not go beyond by budget ($500). can anyone advice will it be sufficient to run 4 or 5 JVM?. And also i don't have monitor for Initial OS setup. I would like to use my Smart TV with HDMI port. should have buy additional video card to support Smart TV or the inbuilt Motherboard hdmi will support my TV?

You don't need a 600W PSU; a 450W is plenty for that system. If the BIOS is displayed on the TV, then ESXi should also work, but I've never seen an ESXi host using a TV as a monitor.
