Is this build capable of playing future games such as Battlefield 4, AC4, Arma 3, Dayz Standalone and Watch Dogs in 1920x1080 in High.
Could it also be upgraded in the future with a better graphics card or another 660?

Solution
The only thing I would change is to get the i5-4670K instead, unless you absolutely know you don't want to overclock. I encourage to get the i5-4670K because it's made for overclocking and so you'll be playing games longer before you have to upgrade if you do overclock, and now you'll have better performance. As for upgrading from the GTX 660 I would get a GTX 760 or higher. The GTX 760 is comparable to the GTX 660 in performance but is much better.

If i am going for a 760 is the power supply i have now good enough or can i down grade it a little to save the money?

On Pc Part Picker it tells you the wattage you need on the right. I think 650 watts is plenty, if you do get a new PSU make sure it's 80 Plus. You may also want a modular PSU (Modular means you can take out cables that you aren't using.).
