I have finalised the following specs for my rendering pc build. This is the maximum I can spend on and any cost saving alternative is also welcome. Will be using mostly for 3ds max vray and lumion renders and animations. So here it goes:
CPU: ryzen 7 2700.
Ram: corsair vengeance lpx ddr4 16gb 3000MHZ
GPU: Sapphire nitro amd Rx590 8gb
Motherboard: gigabyte b450m ds3h
CPU case: corsair carbide cc9011050
PSU: Cooler master mwe 550W

SSD1: Crucial mx500gb m.2
Ssd2: crucial bx500 240gb sata

Please help if there is something better or there is any bottleneck, or there is some cheaper option?

Solution
a 3600x would be better, and would cost the same.
overclocking the 3600 would yield similar results.

getting a b550 board (launching june 16th) would also be better for upgrade path

and unless you got a good deal on that 590, a 1660 super would be a better value.

also, why the 2 ssds?

Thank you for your insight..
I actually have already bought ryzeb 7 2700 almost a year ago.
Waiting till june end for availability would not be possible for me. Rx590 has 8gb vram so I though it would help in larger scense or walkthrough renderings, also 1660 super is about 25% costlier. Is there any possible disadvantage with rx590?

The 1660 super is faster though not 25% faster so the 590 would be a better value, but i think that if you mostly need more vram, maybe an entry level quadro (like a p2000) would be better?
