Heya, thanks to all your answers and helpfulness, i completed my build and ordered the parts today! (Tower only 1600 euros)

Now, I am trying to get together a PC for my wife for less of a budget (As she is less demanding than me haha), which wants/needs to play Aion on max settings, and maybe a few games that are out, will come out, on good settings (not low)

I have come to this build, any input from you guys would be very much appreciated!

What do you think? Is it overkill for what she needs? It comes out to roughly 1150 euros

It is fine and will last a while, you could save a little on the motherboard and go with a H87 board since there will be no overclocking.

Mindfactory is goodcheap place. Look HW versand too. Case king..

Now I make my suggestion on mindfactory. Do not order case thereif you live outside Germany. Remeber to click service level gold away. It jumps in if you make adjustments.

Not that is not for overclocking. But cpu is faster than 4670k it is same cpu as the 4770
only 100MHz slower and it do have 8 treads and no iGPU. This you will not need in gaming machine.

She wont be doing any OC. But I would want her PC to last a while. :)

That doesnt apply for Greece.

Upon entry in greece, any goods go through 'Telonio', customs, and are inspected, some go through no problem like a t-shirt, or a basketball. But electronics ARE severely controled, and are imposed a huge tax, 23%, and maybe more depending on accumulated value of products. AND they are held for a couple of weeks 😛

If you pay 19% tax when you buy fron germany paarts. greece can not make you pay that again. Same if I order parts fron germany. I do not need to pay anything more than delivery costs. If they make you pay more. It is against the EU law. Make then EU goverment know this issue. Look here. http://europa.eu/index_en.htm

My build was good. For the money spend.
Your not so good. IMO 😀 But hope your wife is happy with build :)

That xeon thin is best kept secret in pc building. Intel and importer have been supriced how much server chips is sold here where I live 😀 They arelot better than here users will let you know. Cheap and fast and cool.
