Build for Photo, Video, and a little CAD

Hi. I'm looking to build a machine for photography (Photoshop, Affinity Photo), video editing (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci), and some hobbyist CAD on the side (Solidworks).

I'd like to build it for around $1000. Any advice?

This will include everything you need for content creation for a good price. In terms of building you pc I will leave you a few links to some great guides that I have used and have found really good.

Also the motherboard and CPU supports overclocking so I will leave a guide to that too!
