Build for under 1200$ (Canada) and must be built on one site no pcpartpicker

Hi, I am needing a new build done. I can pay 1200$ that included shipping and taxes. This build must not be on pcpartpicker. I need it done from one site that is located in Canada and not the US. Like ncix or tigerdirect. Please if you could help me it would be awesome of you

I agree, while you can combine threads to contain several topics, its a lot easier for those who are helping to have one thread per question. Unless they both directly involve one another.
