[SOLVED] Build freezing

I just built my new PC (specs below) and whenever I try to turn the PC on, it freezes at the motherboard company logo (I can get to the BIOS but nothing else).
Many threads suggest problems with RAM compatibility but I'm pretty sure my RAM is compatible with my motherboard. I tried both sticks of RAM and one single stick in every possible combination of slots, still the same output. Any suggestions?

Specs:
Asus Rog Stryx Z390-F gaming
2x 8gb Kingston HyperX predator 3200mhz
Evga GeForce 1080Ti ftw gaming
Intel Core i7 9700K
Evga Supernova 750 G3

In bios what version are you running? For the 9700k to work on that motherboard you have to be at least at 1005.

In bios when the first screen pops up it will say bios version I think upper left corner. like 0805, 0903, 0905, 1005, 1105

Oh, it says 0702, how can I upgrade it?

Read this https://www.asus.com/us/support/FAQ/1030111 if you are not confident on doing it have one of your geek ( term of endearment not insult) friends do it for you. You might as well install the latest one 1105.

After a bit of a research I found another way, in BIOS - Tools - Asus EZ Flash 3 Utility I was able to upgrade my BIOS with USB with 1005 version on it.
