So I know it's on here somewhere, I just can't find it: There was a great article or two (or forum post) detailing a step-by-step guide to putting together a new build. If anyone has it bookmarked and can link it for me, that'd be really appreciated.

I know this is a little off-topic, it's not a build post, but again, help would be really welcomed.
