Build me a gaming PC!

Alright so I've heard that you guys can suggest me some great specs for a gaming pc!

Now, I ALREADY HAVE THE RAM,PSU AND HDD (They were gifts)

Ram: HX426C15FBK/8
Psu: Corsair Cx650m
HDD: WD 1TB Hard Drive

Now, please don't suggest a ryzen cpu because they are not available in my country(I know its sad but that's what u get for living in a 3rd world country)

I have an extra $800 to spend. So what should I be spending that money on? Build me a gaming pc that uses and is compatible with the parts I already have!

I want to use this build for atleast 3 years btw

CPU cooler: Noctua NH-D15
mobo:ASRock B250 Pro4
GPU:MSI GTX 1060 6gb gaming x

^ y would u suggest a NH d15 for a locked 7600? That's a terrible idea.

Go for i7 7700 with the stock cooler on that b250 board. Get a gtx1070.

its is ofcourse the best. no doubts there. but the cooling performance is wasted on that 65W locked chip. u cant overclock it, so its only 65W heat dissipation anyway u look at it. so the stock cooler provided by intel is sufficient in such cases.
