Build me an I7 gaming Rig for under $700

i would like to have a computer built for an I7 cpu with a nvidia 750 ti gpu. im going to use it to stream. im wondering if i should go SSD and add an 1TB HDD later or just start with 1TB HDD and add SSD.

Instead of going with the 750ti, I stuck in a GTX 950 which performs 50% better for a very close price. As for storage. The smartest thing is to get a 1TB HDD and save up for an SSD later. In regards to the processor, I would highly suggest going with something else in favopr of a better graphics card. You would probably be better off going with an i5 and a nicer GPU. In terms of gaming, GPU is way more important than CPU.

I just built a Xeon X3470, Asus P7F7-E motherboard, 8GB DDR3 RAM, and GTX960 for $350. I had the drives, PSU and case, but that would still only cost maybe another $200.00. Samsung 830 SSD, assorted other HDDs, Strider 750 Gold PSU, Antec NSK 4462 case, and a Hyper 212 Evo.

So - total was $550 - all parts available on eBay.

My only two gripes are the B85 and not a H81 or H97 (more USB ports) and the Mushkin RAM (I"m a gskill guy) Other than that, tough to beat.

Hard to slide under that $700.00 dollar budget, had to go with least expensive parts. I guess I could have scaled back on the GPU since the OP wanted a 750 Ti, an added a better motherboard or an SSD.
