CTurbo's build is also great if you require an operating system too; however if you do go with his/her build, I'd recommend you purchase the motherboard I have listed below (even if you're not planning to overclock). The above build includes everything you need except for an operating system; if you require the OS too, please reply back and I'll update my build. I have included the AMD R9 290 graphics card, which will provide you the highest graphical experience whilst being more affordable compared to the similar performing NVIDIA GTX 970. Furthermore I have included a 23" 1080p monitor, which again I believe provides the best value.

The above build should be capable of playing most new games at high/very-high graphical setting at 1080p, of course including League of Legends too.
