Question build my new PC no beep no video what can i do?

hey guys well this is my first time building a new pc i’m not an expert but i know i few things and when i have everything done and try to start my PC this one turns on but it doesn’t beep or show anything on the screen but i can see the fans working and some lights on the case, i already try EVERYTHING!! since checking all the components are right connected and try with just 1 memory ram stick, reseting the bios!! and everything else what else can i try? i saw this motherboard doesn’t habe the cmos battery

i buy this components:

processor: intel i7 12th gen 12700k
motherboard: Asus prime b660m-a d4
memory ram: ddr4 16gb 2x8
graphic card: geforce gtx 1650 4gb
memory: ssd samsung 970 evo plus 500gb
power supply: thermaltake smart 600w
case: thermaltake h200 snow edition

Some have issues with Asus motherboards. What's the brand and model?

Test with bare minimum (only CPU, mobo, RAM, CPU cooler and PSU) outside the case to enter the BIOS. Connect the monitor to the motherboard.

Update the motherboard BIOS.

It's glued to one of the USB on the back I/O

Why a beefy 12700K on this motherboard with pretty poor VRM?

yes probably i didn’t buy the best motherboard because i was short of money but now i’m fine and i need to fix this <Mod Edit> what else i can do!!

yeah i already try just connecting the necessary stuff and connecting the hdmi to the motherboard

also how can i update the bios if the pc never shows video even for the first time😢
