I'm thinking of building a cheap nas/torrentbox, with one hdd, in a one to two-user household. I came across this apu-mb combo, GA-E2100N (http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4976&kw=E2100#sp). It's very inexpensive ($66 in my country) I just want to know if this can do the work I'm expecting of it (no streaming/dlna- i can play media on an rpi-kodi). It's dirt cheap, but I'm worried if it's gonna be as useful to me as a pile of dirt. I'm hoping to hear from people who already own it or have experienced using it in a setup. Tips and advice on alternatives are welcome, too. Thanks in advance!

Yes, I'm considering Freenas and will be putting on the GA-E2100N at least 8gb ram. I don't think it supports ECC memory though, so using the latest version of Freenas is another one of my concerns, tbh. Thanks for the tip!
