Question Build on am4 or am5?

I want to build a atx pc(1100 euros budget) that i am going to play games 2k resolution and do some photoshop aside.I dont want to do many upgrades on the pc in the future ,the only thing i might upgrade is ssd, ram or fans.Have in mind that the prices in my country(greece) are similar to germany and italy.

Maybe in Greece I can buy out of most places in Europe fine in UK. If op shows us where they can get there parts from then we won't be fumbling in the dark
