Ultra settings with good fps. ( around 60 and higher fps on games like dayz and battlefield 4)
Arma 3 is cpu intensive, so you will benefit from fx 8320. The GPU i recommended is one of the best card out there.

Considering the gtx 970 is one of the highest rated card, I could say 2-3 years easily on high - ultra settings.
