My PC was dying, not dying, now dying and I'M DONE!!!! :evil:

Time to bite the bullet and order. I've tweaked my previous builds to this:

Memory: Do you plan on overclocking? If not, get some cheaper DDR2 667 memory.
PSU: That PSU is way overpriced for the quality of it. For 10 bucks more, you can get this Hiper 580W which can handle alot more amps. In fact, I don't think the PSU you picked has enough amps for your system. Or look at Enermax, Thermaltake, Antec. Get a PSU with at least 500W but with 18A or better on both rails.

Everything else looks good.
