Threw in a CPU cooler to oc if you wish, will be in no way slower that what you listed and its cheaper

That build is slower flippi... Skylake isn't fast enough to make up for that big of a clock decrease and keep same performance

i5-6500 vs no-oced i5-4690K no problem for skylake. Its +6% core performance and -8% core clock.
Really no problem at all.
