Build won't POST anymore

Hi everyone, first time builder here. These are my specs

i5 6500
Gigayte B150M-HD3
Palit Geforce GTX 1060 Dual fan
1x8 GB G-skill Aegis
NZXT S340
Cooler Master G550M
1TB Western Digital hard disk

When I was first assembling it without the graphic card installed, it displayed to monitor just fine. But after I installed the graphic card, the PC won't POST, instead it'll turn on for a while, before shutting down after maybe 10 seconds and restarting by itself.

I have now removed everything from the motherboard, leaving only the CPU, motherboard and PSU plugged in but it still just restarts by itself after the more or less 10 seconds.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Try with a RAM module installed.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I inserted the RAM stick back into the first channel and it still wouldn't boot. I then decided to try and stick it into the second channel and then it booted. For some reason, I decided to stick it back into the first channel and lo and behold, it booted.
