It has a i3 and a GTX 960. I know the 960 is a bit old but the RX 470 is out of your budget unless you sacrifice a good CPU or some RAM. BTW benchmarks show the 960 is 15 percent faster than the RX 460, so I didn't really have a choice.

Pretty good build Samer, but the power supply is obviously less than optimal, but the gains that the RX 470 gives over the 960 are significant.
It's a shame that the budget can't stretch a little further. 🙁

EVGA B1 is okay is a tier 3 will do well ... this machine is 250 watt max not a big deal.
Once tax and stuff is taken into account the real budget to aim for is more $450. pcpartpicker prices always make everything look nice. Take out rebates and everything, add in tax, and it's more expensive.
