Building $150 gaming pc need review for the components

Hello friends,

I am building a new low end gaming desktop my budget is 10000-15000max or 150usd

I have the following gear already with me...only buying the main parts as new.
Got 1tb harddisk, monitor , smps 450watts intex

The build-

Processor-

Would oc the mobo to 4ghz and the build should play gta 5 on lpw setting for graphics right now m not buying one saving for a better like 1080ti or i can buy a 5000 r7 250 for the build.

Would get a local case for under 1000rupees

Total its $150 amazon is preferred there its cheap.

Any recommendation be much appreciated

even my old rig can handle GTA V, u should be able to play GTA V on low setting with that spec, just make sure u close any unused app on the background so that ur CPU can focus on handling the game.

Even a low end gaming desktop is incomplete without a graphic card, I doubt that it might not be able to handle much games.
How about... You go with a second hand HP Desktop ( maybe HP 6200, with core i5-2500 ) and buy a good low profile GPU like GTX 1050... This Rig would be able to handle everything.

I would upgrade the rig with a gpu in future as i could mostly an r7 250 but with saving would prefer gtx 750ti for future updates....

But without the gpu the build can run gta 5 right....
And also the cpu and gpu can handle 450w power supply that i have ???

Buy used.

CPU: Core 2 Quad any lga 775 model
Motherboard: One with P45 chipset as it is good for overclocking. Avoid OEM boards (Dell, HP, Lenovo, &c)
GPU: nVidia GeForce GTX 660 2GB or better.

Without GPU? I'd say about 30-40 FPS on 1080p in low settings is max you can get.

No used or pre build pc am going to make it from scratch as summer project.... The processor is good for 4ghz why use the intel quad ones ??? Its cheap also,,, any intel one that i can see plz send link.

Your Rig could hardly handle GTA 5... But as a matter of fact, it can handle it. But I, would recommend you to stretch your budget a little bit, get a used desktop with some good processor ( professional mini or microtower ) as they

Your PSU only supports 20A on the 12V rail. Although it claims 450w it is only capable of 240W 12V, which is all that really matters. Given how low quality it is. It is unlikely it would even be stable at that load. So, it would be risky to try and use any dedicated graphics with it. Including a low power usage 75W GTX 750 Ti.

When I mentioned the GTX 660 I did not know you only wanted new. As they run about $50 used. I also did not notice the low quality PSU. It could not power a GTX 660.
