Building a 1000€ PC

Hi I'm trying to build a PC and my budget limit is 1000€. All the builds I have seen online include a 1070 and an i5 (usually a 6500 or a 6600) but when looking up the components in the end the price goes up to around 1200 (I'm from Spain so I've been looking in PcComponentes and Coolmod).
Could anyone help me with the components to make the best possible setup within my budget?
I'd like the PC to have an i5, a ssd (120 Gb is enough), 1Tb HDD and if possible a GTX 1070. The main use of the PC is going to be for gaming.
Any help is apreciated, thanks in advanced.

- you can buy the RAM second hand from somewhere (RAM has infinite warranty);
- you can go for a 350 Gb HDD (why do you NEED 1 Tb?) and even buy this second hand also (if you're good with PCs, you'll know when you found a deal)
By now you already saved around 100E.
- GTX 1070 is one of the top cards right now. The minimum price I found it was 400E (without transport and possible customs taxes) from Germany. You can go for a 1060 6 Gb and it will be ~ 260E on the same German site -> overall it will be cheaper wherever you buy it. It will be ~ 30% weaker than the 1070, but at least you will fit your budget.
- you could also buy your video card second hand, but again: you need to know what you're doing.

That's it. There's absolutely nothing else you could do. (except choose a different configuration)
