Building a budget pure performance pc. Need help.

Hi I am building a pure performance pc and need some help. I am on a budget so i had picked out some parts. So is this config good to go:
CPU: INTEL I5 8400
RAM: Corsair vengeance 8gb ×2 @2400mhz
GPU: Nvidia Gtx 1070ti founder's edition as it is the cheapest of the lot
PSU: CORSAIR VS550 WATT
MOBO: Gigabyte h310m
HDD: Seagate Baracuda @7200 Rpm

Any kind of advice will be appreciated.

Change your psu as it is a low quality product which can't be trusted with high performance.
All the other components are fine.
Since you are on a budget i suggest you to get a corsair cx550 (grey color)
Or tx550m or 650m (by compromising to single 8gb ram module which you can add in later)
