Hi I currently have a macbook air (2013) that i run windows on using bootcamp and it is unable to handle my daily tasks. It has 8gb ram, i5 processor and 128 gb storage. It constantly hits 70-80% cpu usage and same with ram when i have all the things that i need to have open. I would also like to use obs to record my screen which i currently cannot do. Is it possible to build a 16gb ram, i7 pc with 128gb storage for less than 600$?. Thank you
