Question pc crashes in games

so my pc works fine but when i start games ,or my gpu is in load , i tested it by opening multiple 4k videos on youtube and when my gpu started loading up it crashed. It looks like this:

So im wondering if its my gpu or my psu because i had a power surge a couple days ago

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
