How are the following specs? for a new computer i'm building.
This pretty much hits my budget, I just want to know if all parts are good.

Kind of hard for me to convert it to USD currency from mine because the prices here are much higher.

I'd like to get your opinion on the parts though,
Will this be able to run games like Arma 3, DayZ and other poor optimized titles in high settings? because if so, i could say i'm covered with any other game.

Thanks

The graphics card is great for high end gaming. Good for 1440P and ABSOLUTELY beast at 1080P. Also if you prefer the look, go for the Hyper 212 evo CPU fan. Same performance except slightly cheaper (prices may differ in different countries) Also if the Corsair 300R is cheap in your country you can get that. More spacious and slightly better airflow too than your current case.

I would consider this PC high end as normal/usual PC's would be around the power of an R7 240 and 3rd gen I3. Usually the most common PC's are 2nd generation I5's.

Then there's the entry level PC's R9 270x, GTX 760, FX 8320, etc. Then you get gaming PC's I5 4690k, R9 280x, GTX 770, etc. And then you get the high end gaming PC's. Your level. I5 4690k is a good...

I don't think such a high processor is necessary for that :) get an I5 4690k and a good SSD instead. You will see more difference than an I7 with a 7200 RPM disk instead. That is if you're gaming. If you need very CPU intensive programs then I suppose you could use the I7 since it's hyperthreaded while the I5 is only 4 cores.

I5 4690k is a good processor for high end gaming PC's. So it would go like this or similar, I5 4690K GTX 780/R9 290/GTX 780 ti/R9 290x.

And then you get the extreme gaming PC's I7 4790k/4930K normally SLI/crossfired 780ti/290X or a single R9 295x2. Then they go to the ultra which is really no point at all, as the price to performance isn't really great. Unless you have money to blow of course. 4960x, Quad SLI 780TIs/Titan black/R9 290x and crossfire R9 295x2.

But for your build the high end, you have a decent build. So let me just make some suggestions. Everything there is alright. Drop the 4790 since you have a decent CPU fan and can overclock. Drop the 4790 for a I5 4690K and a Z97 board, since Z97 is more future proof also. Either the Asus ATX/Gigabyte/Asrock Pro/extreme series. And get an SSHD/SSD (whichever fits your budget) SSHD recommended if you are on a tight budget.

Hyper 212 evo since it's a few years newer, same performance if not better and is cheaper? Other than that, that's a good build there! Also if you find the Corsair 300R cheap 15-25 USD more expensive than your current case, why not get it? More spacious for future upgrades and slightly better airflow.

Those are my suggestions :)

Sounds good, thank you for a perfect description, i appreciate the time you've spent to write this down.
I am planning on buying an SSD with all that - i forgot to mention. the the seller showed me one and it decent price i guess.

the overall price is high i'd say, but having less then i7 just doesn't feel right. it sort of matches my eyes.

no, I don't have much money to spend and i'm probally wasting money on the i7 becasue I am aiming for gaming PC. but is it that crazy if i buy it anyway?

the case he showed me is actually more expensive then what another shop offered me. i've seen it, it doesnt loko that great because thermaltake has really crappy designs in my opinion,
but it has alot of space for fans including 2 front, and many open windows for airflow.

he just wanted to compete the price from the 1st shop i visited, so he added a better case, better gfx and smarter parts then the other guy.

this is the GPU that i'm planning on buying;
http://evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=03G-P4-2784-KR

not including the TI version, is it better then the other 780 cards?

last question:
this is my current pc specs
GeForce GTX 650 /1GB Ram, Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit, Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz, 8 GB of RAM

is it possible to vouch that the new one will improve greatly? on scale of 1-10

Thanks again :)

That EVGA is great, better than most other 780 models. Also where do you live? Usually shops price their components more expensive than the online stores. My guess is you could save 100 USD or so if you bought from online, I think. Also I7 4790 would be a good choice if you're not going to overclock.

The new one would be 3X as good or even more powerful in gaming performance over your old one. I rate the improvement 9. Also if you could, what is the total price of the parts? In your currency? Could you sum up your final build and cost if possible? :)
