Building a computer over the course of a moonth

Hello, right now I'm trying to build a computer. I'm getting computer parts every two weeks (working plenty of overtime too!) with a budget for $200 each week (perhaps a grand total of $800). Now, since I'm splitting it all in this method, which parts should I get first? I was thinking about getting the GPU and CPU last just in case something goes wrong with them, they are the most expensive and I'll have a longer return period. Also, I might get the CPU last since the new Haswell CPUs are coming out. I was thinking of currently getting a Core i5-3570k and a 7870 gpu.

What do you guys think I should do?

Save the money and buy it all at once; there's no reason to spread it out. If you're buying in segments, you won't know if the part is DOA.

Darn. You are right...I just like controlling my spending. Even though the same amount of money would be gone...I just hate to see it all out at once! I'M STINGY!
