I am into gaming, and just recently have gotten into PC gaming. But since I just started I have really no clue of what I'm doing. I plan on building my computer. What do you recommend for good gaming(plan to play games like Crysis 3 on Max settings with 60 fps) Could you tell me the components and where to get them? I also have a budget of 2k

Expect 50 FPS for Crysis 3 (1920x1080 / Very High / MSAA x2 / AF x16 / DirectX 11). Modes like SMAA 2TX will achieve even better performance.

$500 on a headset, mouse, and keyboard? You gotta be realistic...

I did want SteelSeries Siberia Elites- $200, Vengeance K90 gaming keyboard- $130 and the Logitech G9X Laser Mouse which is $100, I want something quality, so i won't have to buy more.
