Hey, I am building a stand to elevate my desktop tower off the ground a little, and i figured id install a few fans into it for airflow to make sure its pulling enough.
im going to use one 200mm fan, and two 120mm fans.
My question that I need help with is power supply. Imm building a fan controller into it, plugging the fans into the controller, and then getting a AC to molex adapter to power the controller.
I will link the products on amazon.

My only concern is will this work? Will it get enough power? Or is this a house fire...

Here are the fans, adapter, and fan controller, all on amazon

Thank you!!!

I really dont see the purpose to this. Youre just blowing air at the case, the intake fans are still going to intake essentially the same amount of air.
Imagine sucking air through a straw, now do that in the wind. The wind wont fill your lungs.

You could buy a 5v power supply some where but really I sort of did what you plan without the fans. My case has bottom fan intakes so I built a 6 inch tall open at the end box with bracing that elevates the case and has holes cut to match the fan intakes on the bottom of my case. I also put a thin filter acrossed the bottom so the dust would be easy to clean and not as much entering my case.

Can anyone link me a proper powersupply then? I posted one above, is that good Or a house fire for this. I'll maybe design it to better accommodate a filter. But same basic idea and power supply issue.
