Ok so I'm in the process of upgrading my current pc (building a whole new rig actually) from an FX processor to a skylake i5. I tried streaming before with my amd build but my elgato doesn't like it much, so my plan is to sell my current rig to a cousin when I finish my new one and build a dedicated pc for streaming. This is what I came up with...

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770S 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor $294.99
Motherboard: Asus H97I-PLUS Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard $99.00
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory $29.99
Storage: Sandisk Z400s 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive $64.88
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Superclocked Video Card $123.98
Case: Cooler Master Elite 110 Mini ITX Tower Case $38.99
Power Supply: Silverstone Strider Gold 450W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular SFX Power Supply $87.99
Case Fan: Noctua NF-S12B redux-1200 PWM 59.1 CFM 120mm Fan $12.99
Case Fan: Noctua NF-R8 redux-1800 PWM 31.4 CFM 80mm Fan $9.95
Case Fan: Noctua NF-R8 redux-1800 PWM 31.4 CFM 80mm Fan $9.95
External Storage: Seagate Expansion 2TB External Hard Drive $86.99
Total: $859.70

I will have roughly $900 to spend on this
Ignore the case (I will only be using it for scrap parts) as my roommate is making me create a custom case to blend in with the space around. I wasn't sure about storage space and if I needed much so I threw an external on just in case, because I'm not sure I'll be able to fit a HDD inside the actual case (do any of you even know how much storage I'll need for streaming by the way?). And I know the 4770s is probably overkill but PcPP didn't have any 3770's and neither did anyone on craigslist around me. Also I went with the "s" model simply for heat production as there won't be much air ventilation apart from the 3 fans I will be purchasing in this list (which is the reason for Noctua's).
The closest dimensions of build able space is roughly 254mm x 203mm x 88mm.
Any advise is appreciated, also I'm not looking for a whole new list of parts, these are most likely what I will go with unless someone alerts me on a better SFF piece.

Nothing on this pc, all I'm going to do is run the elgato from my gaming rig to this one, or when my roommate wants to stream he'll use the same streaming box. All this pc is for is to simply capture and stream to twitch.

a couple quick bits here, I have limited space so I am limited to a Mini- ITX board, the one you listed was a Micro-ATX, Secondly again on space, I have a total of 88mm in height so the hyper 212 is out instantly.... Actually like half of that list exceeds the dimensions I listed. No space for HDD, ATX PSU, or especially a 980. And lastly like I said, this wont be used for gaming at all, except maybe puting some retro games or something on here.

DIMENSIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!! 254mm x 203mm x 88mm LxWxH
I do not need a monitor, I do not need a windows key, the case I picked was simply to tear open and use for parts. The R9 390x you picked itself is 11.61" x 5.63" which translates to 294.894mm x 143.002 LxH

Did you even read the description? or are you just posting in hopes I'll pick your response as the "Solution"?

EDIT: also my budget is $900 you went almost $200 over, which is something you would have known had you READ THE DESCRIPTION

lets see, in my description I wrote, that this pc I'm going to build, it has specific dimensions. that it has heat restrictions. It's going to be cramped. I appreciate that you're trying to help. But I seriously doubt you read the description in the first place since I specifically wrote not to give me parts lists. I was only asking if I over built the computer, and if anyone had better recommendations for cheaper small form factor parts to let m know... And the only reason my friend is building the case itself is because I do not have the tools to do so myself, and I'm buying a case because he doesn't have certain parts like motherboard standoffs, and a harddrive cage to convert for the SSD and other random parts to take apart and use as supports for the frame. I don't need a "Perfect" Pc, I just need something to mount to a wall and forget about unless I happen to decide to stream that day.
