Yes, its called SLI.
However, you have to make sure the games you play actually take advantage of SLI.

Generally, SLI is not great. It does not double performance, its more like 0-60% improvements.

In addition to this you'd need a SLI capable motherboard and a PSU good enough to run both cards. Another factor is resolution, at pretty much anything under 4K your SLI config performance increases may not be very good and a single 1080 Ti can handle up to 4K/60hz quite well.
