What about two of these for the Graphics Cards? http://www.amazon.com/dp/B004WZ0HQ6?tag=banforbucga08-20&camp=213761&creative=393545&linkCode=bpl&creativeASIN=B004WZ0HQ6&adid=0RQ6JSZPWZXJBWK3MMEM&

1600Mhz will be a tiny bit faster for a tiny bit more. (If you set the XMP)

Also I agree that 8GB of RAM is really more than enough.

A build like this would really cover all the bases.

i5-2500k
8GB G.Skill Sniper 1.25v 1600Mhz
ASRock Z68 Extreme3
2 x Gigabyte HD 6970
64GB Crucial M4
Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB
Coolermaster HAF 932
Noctua NH-D14
Corsair AX-750
LG BD-RE

Total - $1755

Parts of that may seem overkill but you have the budget for it so why not get the best?
