This may be a bit of a stretch but i want to somehow get a computer that can run Garry's Mod, Rust, Mount and Blade: Napoleonic Wars (Warband), Rust, L4D2, Rocket League Dota 2, and Call of Duty WaW + Black Ops 2.

I'm looking for it to be used for school work as well, nothing too serious. Just Google Drive so MS Word isnt needed. Preferably i would want to use Windows 8.1. And my last few specifics would easy to put together, maybe like a YouTube video or two, most (if not all) from Amazon with Prime, and it's gotta be between $400-$700. If that's possible.

Thank you so much for any help.

for these games this gpu is more than enough and double if not triple the power of 750 this cpu wont bottleneck the gpu u are fine the psus is full modular so no cables there golden efficiency and from a very good psu manufacturer ram is 2 sticks so u can get advantage of dual channel wich doubles the transfer speeds. The mobo supports all the above and it has usb 3.Case fits all inside and has a side windows for the aesthetics. You can add fans if u like and a dvd drive it will go up to 600$ now its on 550ish. One ssd 850 evo for windows and 1 tb blue wd for games movies projects etc.All these are on amazon buy them from there if you like.

I like the way people here pay no attention to the original post or the hidden shipping / out of pocket cost of their builds.
Example. Above build massive shipping cost, depending on rebates to reduce the price that must be paid out of pocket to get the PC with pending rebates, and clearly did not see the OS WINDOWS 8.1. $775 after shipping cost out of pocket to buy the PC.

Massive shipping cost ? What r u talking about ? Outlet pc ? U can always go couple bucks more here and there and get it all from Newegg or amazon and get free shipping. There reason I picked win 7 is cause its more user friendly for pc users rather then win 8 that has touch screen tablet optimized look.
You can also look for deals and sales, Newegg constantly have em. Yes it has 75 mir but u can wait for it to come in and use it to buy win 7.
