i really want to build a gaming pc
but i only have a limited budget.
can u guys give some suggestion on
what parts to pick?

Though you asked a specific question and I know how frustrating it is for people to give you an answer you weren't looking for, BUT......

Save your money and buy what will give you the performance you want from the games that you play. If you settle now, you will be trying to find an upgrade path as soon as the next cool game comes out. If you are building a rig from the ground up, $500 is just not going to get you anything that is remotely future proof and probably lacking in Graphics, CPU, Ram, Disk Speed, PSU, or motherboard... I done know the prices but should be lower than your budget. Add case you like and maybe you can improve even GPU or add some RAM. In this config it plays games good 😉 If you improve it will play games even better :)

It is also upgradable - you can buy later some i5 CPU and the machines gets lots better 😉

Do you think its a good idea to make MITX build with AMD FX CPU? Wont there be cooling problems?

Or you just buy additional cooler around the case and everything works fine? Dont know the case thus asking.

He can always switch the card to 7850 msi twin frozr for $105 and buy fans from Noctua or cougar or corsair.

You mean microcenter? Because there is very few microcenters in the U.S., and unless you are certain that the OP leaves near a microcenter, you should stick with online retailer prices.
