Building a gaming pc need opinions

Hi everyone ill be building a cheap gaming pc by the end of the month... i would basically like to know if anyone has these similiar specs and what games they are able to play at at least high settings

You should really change the HDD, you won't install a lot of games with 250GB.
If I were you, I'd get 500GB - 1TB.

ty jack but i have a 2tb external drive that i put all of my games on.

Then why would you need another 250GB?
Wait, Windows 32 bit?
Mate, get the 64 bit, a bit more ram wouldn't cost a lot.

750ti: BF4 Highest settings is like 20FPS - 40FPS
970: BF4 Highest settings is like 50FPS - 70FPS

Well, 970 costs a bit more.
But it's your choice really.
