I have already planned to build a Gaming PC end of this month and really need some advice before I start buying the components.

Main Components:
Swifttech H140-X Liquid Cooling Kit
i5 6600K Processor
AX 760i PSU
(*) GTX 980ti or Dual GTX 970's

(**)Good Motherboard (not so expensive)
Difference between DDR3L and DDR4 RAM and which is the best to buy.

*So about GPU, I have one MSI GTX 970 4GD5T (not gaming edition) which is dead but I have 2 years left in warranty. Check the link below
http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2500170/problems-gtx-970.html
And since its hard to claim warranty in my country I gave up and left it as it was but now I have a solution for it. So I though buying a another gtx 970 would be cheaper than buying a 980ti so I just want your advices on which is the best way to play games at 1440p
2 Gtx 970 or GTX 980ti

** Also I have a phanteks enthoo evolv itx case with me and this depends on graphic cards. If I go for the 980ti then i'll go for the itx build which then I need an mini itx motherboard
I would love to hear your opinion on this and share your advises with me.
Thank you in advance :)

It's impossible unfortunately for anyone to give you advice on your build unless we know what your budget is. PCs are all about best performance for the price. If your budget is around $2000 then I'd suggest the build below. If not then what is your budget? I can help you put something together for whatever your budget is. Also what country are you from? Because that effects who you are able to buy from.

And by the way, you mentioned you already have a phanteks enthoo evolv? All the parts should fit inside of it, so you don't need to buy the case I suggested if you don't want to. However you can if you feel like it. And this build should be able to play any game at ultra settings at 60fps at 1440p.

Well yay, when i throwing $2000 to this build, I want to play all games at 1440p at 60fps.
Excitement Intensifies

So many games skipped in 2014 and now 2015.

Well an ATX motherboard like the one I suggested would not fit inside of an itx case. If you want me to mock up an itx build for you based around your case I could, but I wouldn't buy these parts if what you want is a mini itx gaming machine, youd need to get some different stuff than that.

Its a case I have but i spend some more for a midtower case. The reason is because I have 970 which is dead but can fixed cause its still has warrant. So instead of GTX 980ti, i could go for 2 gtx 970 but my question is which has the highest performance. 2 gtx 970 or gtx 980ti. If i go for a 980ti then ill go for a mini itx build. Just need a mini itx motherboard :D

Fair enough. The gtx 980ti and two gtx 970s in SLI have almost the same performance in benchmarks across the internet, so usually I'd suggest you get another gtx 970, because it'd be cheaper, and honestly I'd still suggest that just because it's a smart way to spend your money. But if you want the best performance long term, I'd go with the gtx 980ti because it has 6gb of VRAM, which in the long term will be significant compared to the gtx 970's 4gb of VRAM, and because later on you could always add another gtx 980ti. So the gtx 980ti should be considered a better long term option than two 970s. I have two 970s and while they do anything I'd like at 1440p now, I intend to upgrade in two to three years to keep my rig in tip top shape.

Well i want the long term option so 980ti it is then. There are many brands out there so which one do you recommend? Also a good itx motherboard and which brand of rams do u also recommend?.

I am planning to build a Casing mostly of Black and Red
Also do u recommend a SSD?

Well if you want a red and black theme, and you want a great model, then get the MSI GTX 980TI 6GB gpu, and for a mini itx motherboard, there aren't a whole lot of itx mobos for the skylake processors yet since they just came out, but this one is the cheapest one I could find, it fits your color scheme fairly well, and the price seems fair for the performance: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157651&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

As for SSDs, personally, I think they're worth it. You should definitely buy one to put your OS on, because your computer will start up much quicker and load programs quicker. Any games you put on there will have way faster load times, but unless you get a large SSD (which are usually pretty expensive) you can't put too many games on there. But it is worth the money if you can spend it.

No problem, just so you know parts are more expensive in Canada then they are in the US, so you may have to get a smaller SSD or HDD to pay for the gpu, but that'd be fine. But since your budget is $2200, you should be okay.
