[SOLVED] Building a gaming PC

Hello everyone! So I am going to build my first gaming PC and I would like to know if someone could help me with it.

My budget is around €1000,- / €1100,- and I live in the Netherlands.
The only thing I have at the moment is an SSD and a 2x 8GB RAM.
I would like to have a RTX 2060 in my gaming PC and the rest I dont mind :0

Is the 2x8GB RAM DDR3? All new architectures use DDR4 RAM these days.

€1000-1100 is a decent budget to build a Ryzen 5 2600 + RTX 2070 system.
