I am on a really tight budget and I want the best bang for the buck, my options are these:
Motherboard-GIGABYTE H470M K
Processor-i5-10400/f
RAM-Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200mhz cl16
CPU Cooler-Noctua NH-U9S
GPU-Radeon RX6600
PSU-Corsair RM550X fully modular (Bought and installed)

My current setup is:
Motherboard-MSI H310M pro vdh-plus
Processor-i5-8500
RAM-Corsair Vengeance LPX 2666mhz cl16
CPU Cooler-ID Cooling DK-03i PWM
GPU-Asus Expedition GTX1050 ti
PSU-Corsair RM550X fully modular, I had this previously---->(Aqirys Pulsar LS 650W)

Is it worth the upgrade, do you guys have any tips for me?

Honestly, there's a lot of wasted money here. The 10400 is the same level as an 8700 or 8700K and you already have a motherboard that can run those. On an Intel platform that isn't recent, you're unlikely to see much, if any, real world benefit to swapping out to faster RAM. You would do far better using any savings from not getting a new motherboard or RAM into a GPU a tier higher.

I would wait until you can afford a B660 mobo and 12600k, then you will see a serious increase in performance plus you will have a path to upgrade with Raptor lake.
